To me, you really couldn't ask for more when it comes to prices versus service and food quality. The waiter I had tonight went by the nickname "the Englishman." Only because he was very fluent in the language. He was absolutely a pleasure to have. His service was top teir and very much appreciated. It came with the added benefit of him showing his comedic side, which was great! Put your fur jackets aside, take a seat, relax, let your guard down, and enjoy what this place has to offer you! ”

“ If you are looking for a touristy place, this is not for you. I had the privilege of visiting Garlic with a local friend at my request of having Romanian food. Here it's more like home cooked Romanian food with local vibe. They have an outdoor area which felt amazing on a hot sunny day. The food was great and we had the privilege of being looked after as my friend is a regular customer. I highly recommend for any foodie expats looking for local Romanian food.
